Information used for orders

When a customer places an order, Izdaan processes information such as name, Pakistani mobile number, delivery area, address, order contents, payment method and optional order notes.

Why the information is used

Order information is used to fulfil deliveries, contact customers about their orders, provide order tracking, manage stock, maintain order history and operate the store.

Payments

Izdaan currently offers cash on delivery and bank transfer. The Izdaan application does not collect or store customer debit-card or credit-card details.

Device storage

The app uses browser storage to remember the shopping cart and, on the customer's device, basic checkout details such as name, phone, address and selected delivery area. Customers can remove this information by clearing site data in their browser.

Hosting and service providers

Izdaan uses Supabase for application data and Vercel for website hosting. Vercel analytics and performance tools may also process limited technical usage data to help measure site traffic and performance.

Sharing and retention

Customer information should only be used or shared as needed to operate and support Izdaan, comply with legal requirements, or protect the service. Order records may be retained for business, support and accounting needs.
