Delivery areas
Izdaan only accepts checkout for delivery areas currently enabled in the store. If an area is not listed at checkout, delivery there is not currently available through the app.
Fees and minimum orders
Delivery fees and minimum order values can vary by area. The checkout displays the applicable amount before the customer confirms the order. Free delivery may apply when the displayed threshold is reached.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery times shown in the app are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, road conditions, order volume, product availability or difficulty locating an address can cause delays.
Delivery address and contact
Customers should provide a complete address, useful landmark and a reachable Pakistani mobile number. Izdaan may contact the customer if clarification is needed before dispatch.
